Brasserie Max's Sake Martini – Cocktail Guide

To try something unique, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.

Sake Martini

Makes a single portion

30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal

15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine

15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake

Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
